My Daughter’s Reaction

My daughter really loved the illustration of the cat and bird in the book. They have a light and fluffy feel to them. She also thought it was amusing that a cat can float!

Overview

This is the first picture book by A. N. Kang and if you like cute picture book illustrations, you will love this one. It is however 32 pages long, which is much longer than most picture books. That is just a warning in case you want to read it as a bedtime story, it may take a while especially with all the questions from the kids. I love the style of the illustrations as they are drawn in soft colored sketches. Kang did a wonderful job with this book and I look forward to her future works of art.
