Daughter’s Reaction

My daughter has strong feelings about being in a family and she loved what this book conveyed. I told her that bringing her in to the world was a similar journey. She enjoyed the story and the beautiful pictures in the durable board book.

Overview

Wish tells the story about real life. How it is filled with hopes and dreams, disappointments, and also surprises when you least expect them. I enjoyed how it was about an elephant couple going on adventures and then longing and planning to start a family. It reminds me of my own journey and I am sure many people can relate to it. Life does not always go as planned, but after all the twist and turns you may finally get what you have always dreamed out. The story is very sweet and the illustrations are adorable. It is a perfect board book to add to a child’s collection so they know they are loved and wanted.
