In the quiet fishing village of Porto Paradiso at Mediterranean Harbor, Halloween was once marked with a great celebration. Yet the tradition had long been forgotten until three mysterious women arrive and suggest reviving the old festival. Mickey Mouse and friends are happy to help and get to work making it a celebration to remember.

The festival, filled with marine motifs reflecting the heritage of the fishing village, begins with bewitching music and dancing. As the beautiful women start singing, a sinister atmosphere falls over the celebrations. Led by these women, everyone in the harbor is dancing when suddenly thunder claps and fire and water shoot up. The women are then revealed to be Sea Witches who have used the celebration of Halloween as a cover to bring back the wicked king of the sea. Their plan has been discovered too late and the Disney Friends have already been ensnared by an evil power. Mickey Mouse and the Disney Friends must prevent the rise of the wicked king, and release Halloween from the evil spell.
