Book Review: Disney Villains – Devilishly Delicious Cookbook

Disney Villains – Devilishly Delicious Cookbook – Being bad has never tasted so good! The Disney Villains Cookbook features more than 50 tasty, easy-to-follow recipes inspired by the dastardly Disney Villains. From bewitching appetizers to delectable mains to decadent desserts, this cookbook offers Disney Villain-themed treats for every meal and occasion.

My daughters and I greatly enjoyed all the pages of this cookbook, especially the full-color photography of each finished recipe. The mouth-watering photos makes you want to cook everything in the book! Some helpful features that I really like in this cookbook include the display of the prep time, bake/cook time, and serving size, and list of ingredients. That way, you know approximately how much time is needed to complete each recipe and exactly what is needed. Before each recipe is a story of how the food is related to one of our devilishly evil villains. This cookbook is the perfect way to bring friends and family together with delicious evil treats.

Some recipes my daughters and I enjoy and recommend are:

  • Chernabog Molten Lava Cakes – Because there is a lot of chocolate, and my kids love chocolate. The recipe was easy to follow and prep and bake time was fairly short!
  • Painting the Froze’ Red – Great blended strawberry drink to blend in under 5 minutes!
  • Ursula’s Poor Unfortunate Rolls – If you like cinnamon rolls, this recipe is such a treat. Best part is that it can be done in under and hour and looks amazing.

Disney Villains – Devilishly Delicious Cookbook is an amazing cookbook that is a perfect give for someone who loves to bake and cook or a Disney villain fan. Great for readers ages 8+.
