Cars Land is Celebrating Haul-O-Ween

The residents of Radiator Springs have Cars Land decked out for their annual Haul-O-Ween celebration at Disney California Adventure as part of the Halloween Time festivities at the Disneyland Resort.  Below is a picture followed by a video of the lighting moment from Friday September 3, 2021.
