Video: Disneyland Monorail – March 2000 (Disney California Adventure Construction)

In March of 2000 construction on the Disneyland Resort expansion was in full swing with just under a year until opening in February of 2001. In this video I walk up to the Monorail station which is nearly complete and sitting in the construction zone. The video takes a look through a viewing window at Downtown Disney and then we board a Mark V monorail operating in a shuttle mode (they were not traveling through the DCA construction but instead running backward and forward on the beam on the Disneyland side only) for a view of Downtown Disney and Disney California Adventure under construction.
