Tokyo Disney Resort Expansion Plan Details & a couple of pictures of the Tokyo DisneySea site earlier this month

Today the Oriental Land Company (OLC) that operates the Tokyo Disney Resort announced more details on their upcoming expansion. They confirmed Scandinavia (Frozen) will be coming to DisneySea and the doubling of Fantasyland at Disneyland. They included a couple pieces of concept and a map of the expansion. Below I included the map of the expansion and then a couple of pictures I took while at the park earlier this month. The first three show the expansion area from the Monorail and outside the current berm of the park. You can see a survey crew at work, guessing for the upcoming expansion. The last picture is looking in the direction of the expansion from in the park. The area is currently the end of the walkway and used as a smoking area just past the character meet and greet location in the Lost River Delta.
