Star Wars land preparations at Disneyland 2/26

Preparations for the Star Wars themed land are moving along at Disneyland.  This week more tree clearing is visible, more removal of backstage facilities and the start of fans on the Rivers of America.  Below is a quick look at some cell phone pictures taken earlier today.  Be sure to visit the full Disneyland picture set and construction progress section for more pictures in the coming days.

Starting off at the Mickey & Friends garage the back of the berm has started to be cleared.

The former Circle D area.

Moving into the park.  The front part of the river looks the same, but up stream you can see work on the dam is underway.

From the Hungry Bear you can see this barge.  Guessing it is being used to construct the dams.
