Toy Story Midway Mania Queue enclosure project finished

The indoor portion of the Toy Story Midway Mania Standby Queue is now fully enclosed and air conditioned.   This is only a small portion of the full queue, but pleasant to wait in now. This is the last section of the standby queue before the FastPass merge.
