Disneyland Star Wars Construction Check (11/17)
This post has a quick check of the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge preparations at Disneyland taken with my cell phone. For more pictures visit my full picture sets and/or our construction progress section. To help put this work into perspective here is the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Model @ D23 Expo 2017 (Pictures & Video)
A couple video clips from the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure:
To start off with a look from the Parking Structure. The exterior wall panels are going up on the short wall of the Battle Escape Building to finish enclosing it.
The Millennium Falcon show building in the distance is receiving exterior panels too.
Not a lot of visible progress on the stairs.
A look into the what appears to be a service bay entrance. The concrete floor has been poured. Stacked outside are more exterior panels.
No real visible progress on the concrete building, but outside a lot of utility/conduit work underway.
Toward Critter Country more walls taking shape to form the walkways and to block out more of the outside world.
Steel support structure rising over the building for rock work.
From Toon Town
From the Big Thunder Trail there was a crack in the fence that was not blocked this week.
