Dockside Diner to Open on August 20

URAYASU, CHIBA—Tokyo Disney Resort® announced that a restaurant, Dockside Diner, will open on August 20, 2018, in American Waterfront at Tokyo DisneySea® Park. Located in the New York area of the themed port, this counter-service restaurant will replace the Sailing Day Buffet, which closed earlier this year. The restaurant will offer a variety of dishes ranging from roast beef sandwiches and fried chicken to seasonal items and desserts for a quick and tasty meal.

Dockside Diner, housed in a cargo warehouse near the S.S. Columbia dock, has the ambience of a casual restaurant that caters to passengers waiting to board the luxury ocean liner, as well as the townspeople and harbor workers. Guests can enjoy a set meal with a hearty roast beef and potato salad sandwich served with French fries or a set with spicy fried chicken and a bacon-cheese waffle. All sets are served with a soft drink. In addition to desserts and beverages, the restaurant will also offer seasonal dishes.
