Disneyland Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Construction Pictures from 2016
The dedication ceremony for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland is tonight ahead of the public opening on Friday. Here are some pictures from the first year of construction to see the big change in the view from the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure.
First up a series of pictures from February 12, 2016. There is some equipment onsite and some fences up but most backstage buildings are still in place.
Skipping ahead two months and the buildings are gone.
Another two months and the ground is cleared and earth moving is underway.

By December concrete and utility work is well underway.
