Mickey’s Happy Holidays is new for 2019 at Disney California Adventure.  This procession travels the parade route twice a day throughout the holiday season making two very brief stops, one at Paradise Gardens Park Obelisk and one in Carthay Circle.  Here are pictures & video from the second performance (4:00pm) of opening day.
