Stopped by Radiator Springs to watch the lights come on (Picture & Video)
Each night when the neon lights (and Christmas lights) come on a song is played. During the Holidays that is “Walking in a Winter Wonderland”. This happens at sunset and the time varies as this changes. On Tuesday it was at about 4:45pm.
