Video: Believe in Holiday Magic without high fireworks

This evening Believe in Holiday Magic at Disneyland was delayed due to a problem and when it did run there were no high firework shells. It appeared everything from the center launch point was not used.  Also the smoke lingered and obstructed the view.  Here are a couple video clips and a picture:
