Lemon Tea Cake (various locations around the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif.) – lemon curd, lemon zest glaze and a fresh slice of lemon. Violet Pretzel (Refreshment Corner at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif.) – cream cheese-filled pretzel drizzled with salted vanilla cream and lavender sugar. Lemon Chiffon Pie (various locations around the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif.) – classic lemon chiffon pie with graham cracker crust topped with vanilla chantilly cream. Mr. Banks Shortbread Tart (Jolly Holiday Bakery Café at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif.) – caramel and chocolate ganache in a shortbread tart, purple-colored white chocolate mousse, sea salt, edible silver stars and silver crunch pearls.
