Debuting in summer 2023, this new musical adventure – a Disneyland Paris original and exclusive production – will celebrate some of the most beloved Pixar characters on the Studio Theater stage everyday at Walt Disney Studios Park from July 15, 2023.

Supported by a live orchestra, this innovative and creative show will invite guests to embark on a spectacular and poetic journey and experience how music and friendship bring us together, traveling into the worlds of Toy Story, Coco, Up, Monsters, Inc. and Finding Nemo.

“TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure” is guided by a bold artistic direction that blends traditional and state-of-the-art technology, creative lighting, multisensory effects and contemporary choreography, all accompanied by iconic music, as well as an original score.

Disneyland Paris is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of its new original daily show*, “TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure”. Set to premiere on July 15, 2023, this daily show is exclusive to Disneyland Paris and will feature iconic Pixar characters.

Arnaud Feredj and Matthieu Robin, show directors at Disneyland Paris, have brought their daring artistic vision to this project to create a fully immersive, surprising and heartfelt show. “TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure” has been imagined as a multi-layered sensory experience, stimulating guests’ senses through live music, visual technologies, water effects, scents and more, blurring the line between fantasy and reality”.

From full-sized mobile decorations that stand at 6.2 meters high and 30 meters wide, to 453sqm LED screens stretching from floor to ceiling, this 650sqm stage is the most immersive one ever created at Disneyland Paris.

The show is filled with poetry and creativity, whether through the state-of-the-art lighting design with 200 spotlights magnifying movement and music – leading to the seamless blending of surface and performers on stage – or the aerial view of the dancers that transforms them into a giant kaleidoscope.

This new daily show is a true testament to the talent of Disneyland Paris’ artistic and technical teams of Cast Members – costume designers, puppeteers, dancers, musicians, prop decorators, lighting and special effects designers, engineers and many more. They have also worked alongside Pixar Animation Studios and renowned external talents such as Romain Rachline-Borgeaud, France’s Got Talent finalist, tap dancer and founder of the RB Dance Company, Céline & Cain Kitsaïs, multidisciplinary choreographers and founders of “Le Labo” dancing concept, and Anne Gravoin, trained violinist and Executive Producer in charge of selecting the musicians for the ensemble. These successful collaborations of creative in-house and external talents have resulted in a powerful show with a French touch. Best-in-class suppliers have also been identified in France and Europe to bring the show to life.

Music plays a major role in the show. During every performance, live musicians will pay homage to the timeless beauty of Pixar’s most memorable soundtracks while also performing an original score. The mix of a live musical ensemble and a soundtrack recorded with 54 musicians at the Nashville Studios will truly bring guests on an emotional journey.

This large scale project has involved more than 30 professions, showcasing once again the excellence and devotion of Disneyland Paris in bringing unforgettable entertainment to its audiences, cementing its position as the leader of entertainment in Europe.

“We are thrilled to unveil “TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure”, an innovative and immersive experience that brings to life the magic of Pixar’s most iconic films. This new show perfectly illustrates our commitment to delivering world-class entertainment that connects with the hearts of our guests in such a unique and powerful way. Show Director, Disneyland Paris

Ever since he first visited Disneyland Paris at the age of 9, Matthieu Robin dreamed of working at the resort. Passionate about entertainment, he fulfilled his childhood dream in 2005 by joining the operational teams, then those in charge of event production. A firm believer that technology may help serve stories and create emotions, he became a Show Director in 2017 and helped bring to life numerous shows such as The Jungle Book Jive, and Dream and Shine Brighter!

Show Director, Disneyland Paris

A trained singer, Arnaud first appeared on stage at Disneyland Paris in 2008 as a master of ceremonies and then as an actor. He has held the position of Show Director since 2017, and brings his creative energy as well as expertise to many of Disneyland Paris’ successful shows such as Mickey’s Christmas Big Band, Mickey and the Magician, and the nighttime show Avengers: Power the Night.

Producer, Disneyland Paris

Originally from Uruguay, Astrid Gomez joined Disneyland Paris at the opening of the park, when she was only 18 years old. First as a receptionist at the Disneyland Hotel, then as a Parade Performer and Events Coordinator. She joined the Show Production team in 2009 and became Producer in 2017. She has worked on Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade and Mickey’s Christmas Big Band before producing the show Dream… and Shine Brighter! for the 30th Anniversary of Disneyland Paris, awarded as the Most Creative Christmas/Holiday Show by the IAAPA Awards in 2022.

Choreographer, RB Dance Company

Romain discovered dance at a very young age through tap dancing, before training in jazz and then joining the Rosella Hightower dance school in Cannes. He completed his training in New York and performed in several musicals in the United States such as Hairspray, Cats, and SinginIn The Rain. Back in France, he choreographed the opening ceremony of the Champs Elysées Film Festival in 2016. He founded the dance, comedy and singing school ESPAS-Danse in Paris, then the RB Dance Company, selected in the final of the show “France’s Got Talent” in 2018. Director and choreographer of Stories featured at Casino de Paris in 2020, he has been collaborating regularly with Disneyland Paris for several years, where he designed the Mickey Christmas Big Band show choreography among other productions.

Choreographers, Neodance School

Céline and Cain Kitsaïs are multidisciplinary choreographers also called “Le Labo” which defines their creative duet. They like to explore movements, diverse kinds of energies and dance vocabularies. Working for French and international projects, they founded Neodance Academy, a training school for future professional dancers in Paris.

TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure represents their second collaboration with Disneyland Paris, after Jungle Book Jive in 2019.

Executive Producer, AG Productions

Anne Gravoin is a first prize violinist and chamber musician at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique de Paris. President of AG Productions, she brings together orchestral groups of all sizes – from chamber music to large symphonic ensembles – for phonographic and film music recordings, concerts, film extras, TV shows, advertising and theater, and collaborates with numerous French and international artists.

Since 2017 she has been providing a jazz big band for the prestigious Mickey’s Christmas Big Band show at Disneyland Paris. For this second collaboration, Anne Gravoin has selected and composed the live band that accompanies the show Together: A Pixar Musical Adventure.

Music is a universal language and, as an art form, it has the power to bring people from all generations together. This is what makes the show so special – a music-driven script designed to keep the audience engaged throughout the entire production.

On stage, music is at the heart of the story, as Charlie’s friends do everything in their power

to help find the lost music sheets and fulfill the child’s dream of taking part in the school concert.

Music is also present in the theater space, with a live orchestra composed of eight musicians. Piano, violin, trumpet, cello, guitar, drums and saxophone are all highlighted as an integral part of the story and accompany the spectator throughout each scene. Each of these instruments serves the plot in a very specific way and blends harmoniously with the soundtrack, recorded with 54 artists at the Nashville Studios.

“Together We Are One” is an original creation developed for the show TOGETHER: A Pixar Musical Adventure and exclusive to Disneyland Paris. The music was produced by Guillaume Coignard and Jonathan Barr, then recorded in Nashville.
