Pictures: A Visit to Star View Station – The DVC Members Lounge in Tomorrowland @ Disneyland

Star View Station opened April 19th in Tomorrowland at Disneyland. This is a Disney Vacation Club members only lounge. Members are allowed to bring in guests and I was invited by some friends on Friday for my first visit. The lounge is on the second floor of the former (pick your memory) Star Wars Launch Bay, Tomorrowland Expo Center, Innoventions, Carousel of Progress building where the Iron Man display was at one point. It it to the right at the top of the stairs. At the top of the stairs is a reception area (behind that to the left are offices for DVC staff), then there is a mural and a corridor you walk through to reach the lounge area. In the area there are a number of different seating options from low chairs, couches to higher chairs. There is also an area that has a DVC promo video playing and cartoons for kids. There are a few displays including a model of the new Discovery Tower at the Disneyland Hotel. Plus a spacesuit and space station. At the far end is a counter that has two Coke Freestyle machines and hot beverage machines as well as bags of potato chips and Oreo cookies.
