New Show – Duffy and Friends’ Wonderful Friendship @ Cape Cod Cook-Off in Tokyo DisneySea
“Duffy and Friends’ Wonderful Friendship” to Premiere at Cape Cod Cook-Off in Tokyo DisneySea® on July 4
URAYASU, CHIBA—Tokyo Disney Resort® announced that “Duffy and Friends’ Wonderful Friendship,” a new stage show featuring Duffy and all of his friends, will premiere on July 4 at Cape Cod Cook-Off in Tokyo DisneySea Park. This show tells a heartwarming story of Duffy and his friends showing what friendship is about by working together to prepare for a party despite some obstacles.
The only place in Tokyo Disney Resort where guests can meet Duffy and his friends is Tokyo DisneySea. Duffy is a teddy bear, created by Minnie Mouse for Mickey Mouse, who first debuted at Tokyo DisneySea in 2005. He was then joined by ShellieMay, a fellow teddy bear and the first friend of Duffy, in 2010; a cat named Gelatoni who loves to draw in 2014; and a sixth friend, the fox LinaBell who enjoys solving mysteries, in 2022. “Duffy and Friends’ Wonderful Friendship” marks the first appearance of three of Duffy’s friends — CookieAnn the curious dog, ‘Olu Mel the music-loving turtle, and the aforementioned LinaBell — in a stage show where guests can enjoy the world of Duffy and his friends at Tokyo DisneySea.
Cape Cod Cook-Off offers two dining areas, one of which allows guests to enjoy “Duffy and Friends’ Wonderful Friendship” after their meal. Bookings will be required for seats in the dining area with a view of the show. A special hamburger set that comes with dessert will also be offered.

Participating Disney Characters: Duffy, ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, CookieAnn (first appearance), ‘Olu Mel (first appearance), LinaBell (first appearance)
Duffy and his friends prepare for a party by harnessing their respective strengths to draw pictures, make decorations and more. Although unexpected challenges arise along the way, the friends find a way to overcome them with ideas that match their personalities, allowing them to have a special party unique to each of the seven friends.

Guests can enjoy the Cape Cod Cook-Off First Prize Set which comes with Strawberry & Milk Mousse, a dessert topped with sponge cake, cream, and a chocolate depicting Duffy’s face.
For children, a set with a hamburger, French fries, chicken nuggets, and more will be offered.
The contents of the Cape Cod Cook-Off First Prize Set will vary depending on the time of year.

Duration: About 75 minutes (show duration: about 20 minutes)
Performance will be held after the meal.
Price: Seating area S – 3,600 yen, Seating area A – 3,100 yen, Seating area B – 2,600 yen

Price includes show viewing and dining.
For Reservations: Bookings are required for seats in the dining area with a view of the show.
