Tokyo Disney Resort Special Drone Show “Magic in the Air” to Be Held Across Japan Starting Summer 2024
URAYASU, CHIBA—Tokyo Disney Resort® announced that a special drone show will be held this summer and beyond at various fireworks festivals across the country, to deliver dreams and smiles to people nationwide.
In this 15-minute program, approximately 1,500 drones will simultaneously take flight, portraying Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse, and scenes inspired by the Walt Disney Animation Studios films Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid, in the night sky like shining stars.
This special drone show will also feature scenes themed to the three areas of Fantasy Springs, the eighth themed port that opened on June 6 at Tokyo DisneySea® Park: Frozen Kingdom, Rapunzel’s Forest and Peter Pan’s Never Land. These fantastical scenes will make guests at the fireworks festivals feel like they’ve stepped into the
dreamlike world of Tokyo Disney Resort.
This year’s special drone show has even more scenes than last year’s show. Guests can look forward to the “Tokyo Disney Resort Special Drone Show “Magic in the Air” bringing fantasy and dreams to guests attending fireworks festivals throughout Japan.
