Paradise Pier Transformation to Pixar Pier Pictures from 2/23
Paradise Pier continues to disappear as it is being transformed into Pixar Pier. It will be opening in phases throughout the year. The Paradise Pier sign is now gone from the coaster. Also notice the loop is back. Not a lot of visible progress on the tunnels yet, they will be enclosed and repainted. For more pictures be sure to visit our full Disneyland Picture Set.
In addition to the signs being removed the corners of the building are having some work done.
The billboards are removed.
The queue structures look to be removed now from Screamin.
Scaffolding covers most of the large hill and loop area of the coaster.
Toy Story is becoming blue it appears. So the color schemes are swapping.. the coaster was blue and Toy Story red… now with the Incredibles they are reversing it.
The tube sections of the coaster are being fully enclosed now.
Scaffolding up inside this one.
Here is one that has been enclosed.
Out by the swings the portion of the track that has had scaffolding for months is now visible. Looks like the emergency exit walkway has been replaced/added.
A closer look at one of the new platforms.
