Lowe’s Marvel Avengers Assemble Kid Workshops (Daynah Discovery)
Looking for something to do with your little ones? Lowe’s has some free Build and Grow Workshops made just for the kids. This summer they are building a full avengers base along with each Avengers character’s vehicle.
I took my daughter to the first two workshops already and she had so much fun. We registered online ahead of time so we would not have to wait in line. Once we got to our local Lowe’s around 10am they handed us an apron, goggles, an Avengers mask, a patch, hammer, the build kit, and the Avengers base.
This summer Avengers kits include:
- June 13 – Iron Man Avenjet
- June 27 – Captain America Motorcycle
- July 11 – Black Widow Skycycle
- July 25 – Hawkeye Quinjet
- Aug 8 – Incredible Hulk Tank
- Aug 22 – Thor Chariot
The workshops are suggested for 5 – 14 year olds, but I have been taking my daughter since she was 2 years old. They have really helped her develop her motor skills and she enjoys building her own toys. I enjoy the time bonding with her and making something together.
If you have never been to one of these workshops, I suggest you register as soon as online registration is open (usually open on the Sunday night before the next event) as spaces fill up fast. If you miss registration, you can still show up the day of and be prepared to fill out a paper registration when you get there. The lines are longer the more popular the kit is.
My daughter and I are excited to head back to Lowe’s to build Black Widow’s Skycycle this coming Saturday. We also want to collect all 6 patches to complete our Avengers series. Enjoy yourself if you decide to attend.
