Daynah’s Experience: Rock Work, Fountains, and Ambiance in Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea

My family and I were on vacation in Japan and one of our goals was to visit Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea. When we entered TokyoDisneySea, I managed to secure Standby Passes for “Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure.” In my earlier post – Daynah’s Experience & Tips to Visiting Fantasy Springs in Tokyo DisneySea – I detailed my entry experience.

My family and I raced across DisneySea and arrived in the Fantasy Springs area around 10:10am. When we got there, we took a few minutes to admire the beautiful rock work at the entrance of Fantasy Springs. To the left, you can see happy flying Peter Pan carved in the rocks. In the middle are rocks work with Elsa and Anna etched in them. In between the walkways is an Olaf rock work looking at the girls. To the far right is a river running down a rock sculpture of Rapunzel and her long hair.

We entered Fantasy Springs by walking into the cave on the far left, under the rock work of Peter Pan and the Frozen characters. More excitement built up once we were scanned into the area. At the entrance was a beautiful rock work of Pocahontas.

We spent some time walking all around the picturesque Fantasy Springs and admired all the little details we saw. We found hidden gems around every corner. There was lovely and diverse plant-life all around and the transition from one area to another was seamless. I really enjoyed looking at all the various rock work because of all the artistic creativity it took to make them fit so flawlessly into the surroundings. Listening to the atmospheric sounds of the waterfalls and fountains splashing on the rocks and light music made the experience quite pleasant.

Fantasy Springs is even more magical at night. The lighting and special effects around the rock work adds a fun surprise for your eyes to see. My favorites were the smoke coming out of the Maleficent rock work and the swirling waters that seem to dance around the Mickey rock work near the hotel.

I really enjoyed the stroll around Fantasy Springs as there was just so much to see. Look up and all around, the sights were simply breathtaking. Fantasy Springs is a place you truly have to experience it in person to feel its full effect. To be present and immerse yourself in all the sights, sounds, smells, and beauty is an absolute gift that I am very grateful for.
